06Meet the pastors

J.C. & Kimberley Neff

J.C. and Kimberley Neff are the Senior Pastors of Faith Outreach Church.

Pastor J.C. is a 1985 RHEMA Bible Training Center graduate who returned home to Terre Haute in 2017 to become Senior Pastor of FOC. Pastor Kimberley, a 1995 RHEMA and 2017 Cornerstone Word of Life School of Ministry graduate, serves as Senior Pastor alongside him.
